4 night stay over New Year Positive things: lovely staff, spotless rooms with huge comfortable bed and nice linen. Good sized bathroom and nice towels and products. Despite its position, it was quiet. Negative things; the courtyard room is a bit cramped, the steam shower is a bit of a gimmick ( to me). A seat should be provided perhaps. I couldn't charge my breakfast to my room. Minor niggles only, and a very comfortable stay. It's handy for the City, but a bit of a walk to the underground. The 55 and 243 busses are nearby.

Beautiful hotel, Tyler at the reception desk was a wonderful host the numerous times that I interacted with him. I visited the spa one afternoon and luckily Chantal was able to see me immediately for a massage which I really enjoyed, the gym is upscale as well. The pool is heated in the early morning. Loved the steam shower in my superior room and the opening windows. Gloria is a fantastic Italian restaurant steps away from the property. Thank you Mondrian

Absolutely love staying here. The staff is cooler than the customers. They are all very helpful and have a great attitude and the right amount of personality to helpfulness to make you feel well taken care of while also keeping the spirits high. This hotel has an incredible 24 hour gym and the shower has a steam room built in. The whole hotel smells amazing and every time our room is cleaned, it’s immaculate. I only wish the room was a little bit bigger but it’s a small sacrifice for the quality of service.

The staff were absolutely amazing! Heiko and Ryan especially need mentioning as Heiko upgraded us to a suite on my request at the time of booking & Ryan was friendly at check in/out. The hotel had gorgeous decor and was chic. Our suite was comfortable and the bathroom was huge. The surrounding area of Shoreditch is full of great restaurants and the Everyman cinema is within walking distance. The rooftop swimming pool and 24 hour gym is a bonus. There’s also a wellness centre which offers a large selection of treatments to guests. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone staying in London as it’s worth it with the super customer service! We will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

Absolutely fantastic. Friendly and easy check-in and check-out. The room was fantastic. The bed and pillows so comfortable - I actually slept the whole night through! Just incredibly thought through and absolutely luxurious! Shame I didn't have the time to enjoy the roof top pool!

Just had a massage there. Honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. Staff friendly welcoming and thorough. The massage bed is lovely and big and comfortable. The masseuse was very caring and excellent. Top class from start to finish. Highly recommend.
